Poof particles when a mob dies still appears when particles option is minimal

Poof particles (The death smoke particles) show when particles is minimal.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set particles option to minimal
2. Spawn a mob using a spawn egg
3. Kill the mob
4. Watch as smoke appears
