Mobs sometimes die from fall damage when falling on Cobwebs

Tested with wither skeletons on both a creative world and on a multiplayer server.

The reproduction rate is random, sometimes they survive and slowly sink in the cobwebs, sometimes they directly die ignoring the cobwebs.

This was tested on a 1x2 drop, with both glass blocks and fences / only glass blocks on all sides.
