game will not launch

I have bought Minecraft two times now on separate accounts and the game will not open, the launcher is working but when I open the game the Mojang loading screen gets near the end then stops and crashes. I don't know if i can get my money back for the two purchases or if the issue can be fixed.

 

says error code 0

 

I've uninstalled it multiple times and the issue is still there.
