Clouds stop rendering too close to the player in negative directions
When the render distance is set to 22 chunks or higher with fancy clouds, or 27 chunks or higher with fast clouds, you can see when clouds start and stop rendering in the negative x and z directions.
Upon closer inspection, this glitch also happens in the positive x and z directions, but is not as noticeable as it occurs at a higher distance.
