4 tentacles of the sculk sensor in the hand but ¿2 tentacles in the inventory?

The texture of the sculk sensor in the hand and at the time of putting the block is very different from the inventory, it is from the 20w49a and I think it is a bug.

I thought I would have those 4 tentacles but in inventory it only has only 2

1. When looking for the sculk sensor in the inventory it appears with 2 ¿tentacles? I think that's what they are called
2. When I have it in my hand I see that it has 4 tentacles
3. When I place it on any block it still has 4 tentacles
4. But the inventory only has 2 tentacles
