Ender dragon makes idle sounds during death animation

Sometimes during death animation, ender dragon makes idle sounds. (MC-224107) was resolved as incomplete

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon the ender dragon
2. Turn on subtitles
3. Kill the ender dragon
4. Wait until the either the subtitle "Dragon roars" or "Dragon growls" appears
