Music disk play when there is nothing

On multiplayer server and if you have a music disk and hold right click the disk will play the music and you will have the disk still on you. Also, you can break the jukebox and the music will still play. and the disk and jukebox are not ghost items in your inventory. The music stops when you relog from the server
