Some mobs don't turn their bodies when they don't have anywhere to move

Unlike other mobs, they just act like statues when they have nowhere to move. They only turn to look at a player or another mob.

A list of mobs I've noticed this behavior with are:

• Piglins
• Piglin Brutes
• Hoglins
• Zoglins
• Goats
• Bees (Must be entirely surrounded by blocks)
