#cave_vines isn't used in #climbable block tag

The Bug

Despite the #climbable tag containing both cave vine type the #cave_vines block tag isn't used in the tag

Reproduce

• Download the cave_vines_test data pack below
• Apply it to a world
• Get a sponge
• Notice that it is in all the tags cave vines are in except climbable (You can also look into the code of that data pack if that helps any)
