Biome:null and patrols spawing inside vilages

so i made a new hardcore world but on top of some savana plateaus the grass was the wong colour so i checked the biome and i said ocean and i went futher along and found the biome to be null

this also hapened on another world and it first appered after i reloged and every time i reloged it shifted

it had the usual shape of a biome border this was also the same world that i saw a patrol that im preaty sure spawned in a the vilage i was in and not even a minute later a new patrol spawned only 100 metres in the directition of the ocean that encased the null biome

i am using the deepslate data pack so that could be the cause for the biome stuff but im not sure about the pillagers
