Data packs are sometimes not checked when a custom world is loaded for the second time
Basically affects every version after custom biomes in data packs were added. Loading a world with a custom world generation data pack works fine, but in some cases closing and re-opening the world results in strange biomes ("minecraft:ocean", "minecraft:empty", or "null") replacing all biomes and extreme lag when crossing chunk borders.
