Game unplayable / development console getting spammed with Stacktrace

After joining my server the development console is getting spammed with a Stacktrace (File in the attachment). This occures in both, creative and survival. It's starting to lag clientside, which makes the game nearly unplayable. The Server shows no signs of being overloaded or having a misplaced entity.
