Hitbox of warped/crimson roots is not offset

Relates to MCPE-122698 and MC-173015.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place some warped/crimson roots
2. Compare hitbox with the visual appearance
   The hitbox does not match the visual offset

This is inconsistent with other decorations that have a visual offset (tall grass, flowers etc.) so I expect the hitbox for the nether roots to be offset as well.
