Inventory Bug

Shifting an item in the invetory bar in creative mode using the numbers keys make the item switched replace the other. aka If you have a stone in the first slot of your inventory and a grass block in the second slot and press 2 to change the grass block with the stone block, when you place the new switched grass block, it will became a stone block.
Tested on singleplayer and multiplayer.
