Loading of world from older snapshot is disabled.

I have had this survival world since snapshot 21w13a. In 21w14a I was able to load the world, but when I try to launch it with 21w15a, it says "Loading of worlds with extended height is currently disabled." Why is this happening, and is there a way to fix it?
