Lava can (still) be seen through at certain y-angles and y-positions

Expected:

Lava and lava fog cannot be seen through.

Actual:

At specific camera angles and positions, the lava texture is culled and lava fog is not present. Example: When y = 30.32400 and 3 ≤ y° ≤ 6.21, you can see through the lava and lava fog at the bottom of the screen (see attached images).
