The Bug:

Powder snow doesn't produce a breaking sound or subtitle, when destroyed through extinguishing a burning player, mob, or flame arrow.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Place some powder snow.
• Obtain a flame bow.
• Shoot a flame arrow into the powder snow.
  →  Notice how no breaking sound or subtitle is produced, upon the powder snow being destroyed.
