Door template models are not prefixed with template_

As these models are not used directly, but are instead utilised by a multitude of other model files which apply textures, it'd be expected that these files would be prefixed with "template_", like multiple others are. However, this is not currently the case.

Models in question:

• door_bottom_left.json
• door_bottom_left_open.json
• door_bottom_right.json
• door_bottom_right_open.json
• door_top_left.json
• door_top_left_open.json
• door_top_right.json
• door_top_right_open.json

I'd also strongly advise renaming these models further - for example, suffixed with either "_left" or "_right" rather than either nothing or "_rh" like it is currently.
