Minecraft not launching

i downloaded minecraft java edition maybe like 1 month ago it was working fine.

but after not playing for a week it wont launch anymore and idk what to do i uninstalled minecraft and downloaded it so many time it still wont work after i click play it loads and then a text pops up saying
