ores and bone spawn inside bedrock layer possibly making it to where one can fall out of world

wile exploring the screenshot i wanted to se how far down was bedrock. once though bedrock and under the world i saw bone and Dimond ore inside the final bedrock layer. if found in a survival game player could mine though the world and fall out of it
