Mine craft not launching

I have been having this problem for about 4-6 months now. I have been trying to play minecraft but every time I launch the game it crashes and come back with code 0 and its not only on normal minecraft its on asny kind of minecraft involving modded minecraft with overwolf. Its quite a headache to try and fix when Ive searhed everywhere and there is nothing to find and Ive send out one of these before on here but got a half ass response. Ive had this game for about 6-7 years and it gets annoying not being able to play this game. My PC and ram input are all good I have 16 gigs of ram and 10 of its assigned to minecraft and I have a GTX  1070 so thats not the problem either and I have an intel i5 processor and thats never been a problem or even has gotten close to being a problem. Its only been happening when the 1.16 update came out. so if you could help me out that would be great thank you.
