seeds/potatoes/carrots/beets not growing properly

plants dont grow certain distance from water (size of farmland 9x9) doesnt grow dont know if its on certain seeds and/or coords but if it didnt work anywhere here are seed:-1329465990 coords XYZ(pos of water): -1612 69 652
