Glow squids can spawn in any surface body of water if it’s covered by ice

Glow squids can spawn in any kind of surface body of water if the water body is covered by ice. This seems like a bug because they are supposed to spawn in caves and not lakes or oceans. Possibly also applies to axolotls(not tested).
