If you try to place signs on fences you cant edit the text.

If you try to place signs on fences you cant edit the text

What I expected to happen was...:
When I place a sign on a fence I should be able to edit the text.

What actually happened was...:
When I placed a sign on a fence I was not able to edit the text whatsoever.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a sign on any type of fence.
2. When you do so the sign will be blank skipping the step of editing the text.
