Minecraft Name Stealing Exploit

There is currently an exploit going around where people are able to steal players usernames before they get released to the public. It works if the account with the desired name was created after December 1st which is when Mojang started rolling out Microsoft migration. This is a pretty severe issue as people who might have just bought Minecraft are getting their names stolen.
