Water bottle cannot be emptied into a full water cauldron unlike water bucket

The bug

Unlike the water bucket a water bottle cannot be emptied into a cauldron full of water. May be intended, relates to MC-204016.

How to reproduce:

1. Place a cauldron
2. Fill it with a bucket of water
3. Try to empty a water bucket into it
4. It works
5. Try to empty a water bottle into it
   You drink the bottle instead of emptying it into it.
