Game Crashes when i put Enchanted stone pickaxe in an anvil

I had the idea that i could trick my friends into thinking that I had a netherite pickaxe already, so i enchanted a stone pickaxe and got lucky with Efficiency 4 unbreaking 3 and fortune 2 (I'm listing the enchantments because i dont know if they are important or not.)
And i had another stone pickaxe with efficiency 4, and I tried to combine them together in an anvil and when i shift clicked the efficiency 4 pickaxe in, the game crashed. and I did the same thing again to make sure it was a 1 time thing and it crashed again.
