Cobwebs in mineshafts seem to cause light.

Playing in peaceful mode exploring mineshafts was looking for the source of light near the ceiling of a tunnel (thought there might be a torch) but there was nothing emitting light near there.  There was a cobweb in the vicinity of the glow, though itself did not particularly look like it was glowing.

It was not bright, maybe the intensity of the new lichen?
