Splash potions have a lower volume when thrown than lingering ones

The bug

If you throw a splash potion, and then a lingering one, you will note that the throwing sound is lower in the splash potion.

How to reproduce

1. Create a creative world in snapshot 21w13a
2. Take any splash potion (or splash water bottle)
3. Take any lingering potion (or lingering water bottle)
4. Throw the splash potion without stopping
5. Change to the lingering potion without releasing the mouse click
6. And you will notice the problem
