"/test pos" doesn't work with the highest blocks of the structure

/test pos command doesn't show the relative position for the blocks located in the highest layer of the structure.

The /test command is a command that can only be accessed if registered by a mod (although it is added by vanilla, just not registered) so I'm not 100% sure if I this issue is valid.
