Inconsistency: Structure void hitbox is not a full block

The other two intentionally invisible mapmaking blocks, barriers and the new light block, have full block hitboxes. Structure voids, however, have a tiny hitbox in the center of the block, which is not only inconsistent, but rather difficult to target.

This is also be a parity issue, as Bedrock Edition structure voids do have a full hitbox.
