Scraping wax off copper displays the "Wax on" subtitle instead of "Wax off"

The Bug:

Scraping wax off copper displays the "Wax on" subtitle instead of "Wax off".

Steps to Reproduce:

• Enable subtitles. (Options > Accessibility Settings > Show Subtitles: ON)
• Place down a copper block.
• Apply wax to it. (Right-click with a honeycomb).
  →  Notice how the "Wax on" subtitle is displayed.
• Remove the wax from it. (Right-click with an axe).
  →  Notice how the "Wax on" subtitle is displayed, instead of "Wax off".
