lead didn't disappear on fences when mobs died

 Steps to Reproduce:
1. put a fence on a high block.
2. lead a mob and tie it on the fence.
3. the mob died,but the lead on the fence isn't disappeared.

(Only goats can accidently die from this by hitting the block on top of it,for other mobs,you have to kill it on purpose. )
