When we break a block at the top in a completely flooded aquifer, the blocks surrounding it act strangely with water, you can see this in this video I am listing

Steps to reproduce-

i) Find a completely flooded aquifer in this snapshot.

ii) Then break a block above you.

iii) The blocks surrounding it will interact strangely with water.
