Squids use the new texture when using Programmer Art

When using Programmer Art, squids use the new texture instead of the old one. This seems to be caused by the squid texture being moved from the textures\entity folder to the new textures\entity\squid subfolder in the main texture pack, but not the Programmer Art pack.
