Creative mode obtained Bucket of Axolotl/Tropical Fish only spawns one kind axolotl/tropical fish

The Bug

In the previous version the bucket of axolotl/tropical fish would spawn the different variations when obtained in the creative inventory. Now they only spawn one type of axolotl/tropical fish
