Villagers experience bar broken

Upon spawning villagers with spawn egg, and command. After trading with shift click, the villagers leveled up, and the professions experience bar looks visually filled even though some time passed, still looked like a full experience bar, but in reality it was just at the start. Some professions don't seem to be affected by it.
