Axolotls move fast on land when leashed

I found an axolotl and it moves fast when leashed and taken to land

What I expected to happen was...:
The axolotl moves really slow

What actually happened was...:
It moved really fast

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get an axolotl
2. Leash it
3. take it on land
