Panda picks up a stack of Bamboo as a whole/all at once

The bug

Pandas can pick up a stack of bamboo at once, rather than taking one item at a time.

Repro steps

1. Spawn the Panda
2. Throw a stack of Bamboo at the Panda
3. Observe the issue

Observed results

 Panda picks up a  stack of Bamboos as a whole/all at once. Piglins only pick up one, making this behavior inconsistent.

Expected results

Panda picks up and eats only one Bamboo at the time instead of a stack.
"Pandas can pick up bamboo and cake and put in it's main hand slot."
