Saving World then Crashing

I can open the launcher and launch the game, but every time I try to load into a world I get stuck on the "saving world" loading thing and I waited for like 5minutes then it crashes. I went to task manage and it said it wasn't responding. I watched so much YouTube videos on how to fix it and one said to delete premier opinion app which I don't even have so someone please help me I spent my money on a game that not even working right now.  affects all game mods survival, creative, realm, and Minecraft sever

 

i checked in appdata and theres no crash report folder..
