Fishing Rod Bug

The bug is about fishing rods in the latest snapshot. What I expected to happen was the "throwing rod" animation that would show when pressing right mouse button. I thought the rod would be thrown, what actually happened was that there was no animation when pressing the right mouse button, the rod is not thrown.
