Hotbar missing

I'm not sure how, but somehow I made the Hotbar disappear cycling through all the function keys to see what they do. As a happy coincidence, I have screenshots of before and after it disappeared. I don't have a ctrl key on my keyboard right now, I don't have a switch for it. f1 toggles the menu with all the details for me. I'm physically not capable of using the normal shortcut.
