The bug

When bone meal is used on a glow lichen that is located horizontally, particles appear only at the level of the half-block. When the lichen is located on the wall (vertically), particles appear on the entire block.

How to reproduce

1. Place the glow lichen vertically (on the side of the block).
2. Use bone meal on glow lichen.
   →  The particles do not appear on the floor of the block, but on the area of ​​the entire block.
