Crimson and Warped Roots don't have a footstep sound event

The bug:

Usually, running or walking on non-solid blocks (nether sprouts for example) would make a footstep sound. However, this isn't the case for Crimson or Warped Roots. Running or walking on them doesn't produce any sound for some reason.

To Reproduce:

1. Place multiple Warped or Crimson Roots beside each other in a 3x3 area.
2. Do the same for Nether Sprouts. This is for the comparison.
3. Try to walk/sprint jump on the Warped or Crimson Roots. Now do the same for Nether Sprouts. No sound should play when you "step" on the roots.
