Many instances of floating dams in aquifers

Many instances of floating dams in aquifers that do not go all the way down in 21w11a, not exclusive to this version though, also occurs a lot from 21w06a and upwards. I only have one screenshot of an example, but there have been much more times I have been able to see this generate. The version I used for this was 21w11a.
