Can't access MC legacy account to download, migration hasn't happened yet.

After a long time out, I wanted to check back in. I try to log in with my email, it complains about the password, so I reset it. New password doesn't work either. I've reset and retried multiple times since January, but the issue persists, and though the system recognizes me enough to send the password reset link, I've yet to gain access.

It's a legacy account, I originally purchased the game in 2011. I can't find any way to log in, and I feel I've given you a fair share of time to either migrate the accounts or stabilize the legacy system. Can I at least get a timeline on when I'll be able to get a functional login?
