Can't see my fishing line in the newest snapshot

I was playing on the newest snapshot and when I tried to use my fishing rod I couldn't see the line going out. I thought my world was just glitching but after logging in and out of my world it's still the same. I can't see my line at all and only know it's out because of the splashes in the water and the splash trails.
