What I expected to happen was...:
The could have thrown the fishing rod's swimmer in the water.

What actually happened was...:
I tried to throw the swimmer into the water. I heard the sound of the fishing rod, but nothing happened.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go near the water
2. Try to throw the fishing rod's swimmer into the water
