The Bug:

Cacti can survive despite scaffolding being placed adjacent to them.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a cactus.
2. Place down some scaffolding next to it.
3. Take note as to whether or not cacti can survive despite scaffolding being placed adjacent to them.

Observed Behavior:

Cacti can survive.

Expected Behavior:

Cacti would not be able to survive and would instead be destroyed.
