The bug

Sculk sensors do not detect using a honeycomb to wax copper.

How to reproduce

1. Place a non-waxed copper block
2. Place a sculk sensor:

   /setblock ~ ~ ~ sculk_sensor

3. Use honeycomb to wax the copper block
   The sculk sensor is not activated

Expected results

The sculk sensor would be activated upon using honeycomb to wax the copper block.
